A growing UK manufacturing business that has expanded globally during the pandemic and is enjoying record sales growth throughout Europe. The business continues to expand and invest in its product ranges ensuring that their sales teams always have some new to talk about to their trade wholesale and retail customers.
A privately-owned business that employs over 1200 people in the UK, with sales figures of £90million last year, the sales team is expanding to cope with demand and now is a great time to join a business that could see you promoted into a team management role with 18 months.
An experienced field sales person, preferably with a background in managing independent re-seller accounts. You’ll be able to demonstrate a track record of working with channel customers in any sector.
Full product training along with a large support network on a day-to-day basis is already in place. We need you to bring your sales experience and people skills.
This is a field-sales key account management role where you’ll manage a well-established base of sales accounts that trade strongly month-on-month. Your approach is to work with business owners, buyers and senior managers within independent trade wholesale and large retail accounts in order to increase wallet-share. You’ll do this by adopting a “trusted-advisor” approach where you’ll work closely to support their business and educate and train their own sales teams to help increase product sales, growing both your own and their sales figures.
This is an extremely varied role that will see you put your own stamp and an already very successful area, with you being credited with all orders placed within your customer base regardless of how these are generated. It is a fantastic sales opportunity with a good rewards package and tangible opportunities to move into more senior or product specialist roles in the future.
